C-MAX C-1000SR2/3/4/5/6 Single Acting Pneumatic Actuatorfeatures a double-piston rack and pinion structure suitable for rotary valves, with smooth meshing, high efficiency, and stable output torque (0-8000N.m). The cylinder body is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The bottom shaft mounting hole of the pneumatic actuator complies with the ISO5211 standard, while the air source port, top of the output shaft, and mounting holes at the top adhere to the NAMUR standard. The same specifications are available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) versions, with rotation direction selectable as clockwise or counterclockwise based on valve requirements. Solenoid valves, positioners, limit switches, and manual override devices can be installed as per user needs.

The C-MAX C-1000SR2/3/4/5/6 Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator operates using compressed air as the power source, converting the linear motion of the piston rack into the rotational movement of the output shaft gear to provide angular travel output. Available in both double-acting and single-acting types, it is widely used for the switching and regulation of quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves, and can also be applied in other rotary scenarios. It is an ideal device for achieving automated control in industrial pipelines.

Design Specifications:

The double-piston rack and pinion symmetrical structure ensures fast, smooth, and precise operation with high output power. Reverse rotation can be easily achieved by altering the piston assembly position.

The high-quality extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body features precisely machined internal and external surfaces treated with hard anodizing (or anodizing + Teflon coating under special conditions), offering extended service life and a low friction coefficient.

The integrated design allows all double-acting and single-acting actuator models to share the same cylinder body and end caps, enabling easy conversion between acting modes by adding or removing springs.

The modular pre-loaded safety spring set allows for convenient and safe installation or adjustment of the number of springs, both during assembly and in the field.

Two external side-adjusting screws provide added convenience for actuators already mounted on valves, allowing adjustment of the valve open and closed positions. For full travel adjustment, longer adjusting screws are additionally provided on both end caps.
